La parcelle est aujourd&rsquo;hui encombr\u00e9e par des constructions d&rsquo;\u00e9poques et de qualit\u00e9s diverses. Le projet redonne une lisibilit\u00e9 au corps principal du b\u00e2timent en L ainsi qu&rsquo;un vaste jardin.
